tell your networking partners very much. However, saying, "I'm an
accountant looking to assist non-profits set up their accounting
systems," may trigger more of a response. Additionally, mentioning a
specialty instead of talking about what you do in general helps your
networking partner understand what you are looking for in a client.</div>

You will meet with several networking partners in a month, typically three professionals at a time.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Here's how it works:</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><b style="color: #b45f06;">Step 1:</b> Complete and submit the <a href="http://newtplp.blogspot.com/2012/08/getting-started.html" target="_blank">application</a>.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><b style="color: #b45f06;">Step 2:</b> Pay the monthly membership fee (only $20 per month, no long term contract!)</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><b style="color: #b45f06;">Step 3: </b> Schedule a 15 minute introductory phone conference with The Power Lunch Project. In this phone call, we will explain to you what to expect, what we expect, and review the information on your application. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><b style="color: #b45f06;">Step 4: </b> Within a few days, you will receive a meeting notice for each of your meetings that we arranged for you, together with information about your networking partners.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><b><span style="color: #b45f06;">Step 5:</span></b> When the scheduled meeting day comes - Eat. Drink. Network! (But NO selling!)</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><b><span style="color: #b45f06;">Step 6:</span></b> Complete the TPLP survey after each networking meeting so we know how we did matching you.</span><br />

Follow up, follow up, <b style="color: #0b5394;">FOLLOW UP</b>, with all of your networking partners!
